On one of my first days in Mongolia, I went to visit the Zaisan Memorial in Ulaanbaatar, which honors allied Mongolian and Soviet soldiers killed in World War II. It is a fairly popular tourist site which allows one a good view of Mongolia's capitol city. It being such a popular spot, there are people there selling trinkets and offering opportunities in which they think tourists may be interested. Mongolia has a long history associated with eagles, and one man at the Memorial had a huge golden eagle that, if you gave him a few thousand togrog (Mongolian currency), you could take photos of this gorgeous bird and spend some time interacting with it up-close. I thought this was a good investment, and the opportunity allowed me to capture this photo. Photo © copyright by Glenn Lewis.

A float mount on the back suspends the print off the wall, giving it a clean, frameless, gallery-quality look straight out of the box with no additional framing needed.

The default finish is glossy. If you prefer matte or semi-gloss, you must specify your choice in the comments section at checkout, otherwise your print will be produced with a glossy finish.

If your photo has an edge of 16 or more inches, it will include a signature and edition number.

The print is finished with a hand-selected Larson-Juhl frame in either the Belmont (rich wood veneer, modern profile) or Antica (traditional burl wood) style.
