| I only had a couple days in Malaysia during my visit in December, 2024, so I didn't have time to leave the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. I was in high school when the Petronas Towers were completed, in 1998, and they were the tallest buildings on Earth, until 2004. I remember seeing photos of the towers when they were newly completed, and being blown away by the urban beauty. I'd wanted to photograph them ever since, so on my way from Greece to Japan, I took a bit of a detour to Kuala Lumpur, where I got the photos of this city's amazing skyline, as well as some photos from the famous Batu Caves. It was a short trip, so that was all I was able to see, but I know there's a whole lot more to this country! |
