Antarctica (and South Georgia Island)

I took a three week cruise to the Antarctic Peninsula (south of Chile and Argentina) and South Georgia Island in early 2023. I am not typically a fan of cruises, but that's really the only way one can get to these places, so I decided to bite the bullet and spend three weeks on a light-on-luxury cruise. There were several days that were spent entirely at sea, but most days were in proximity to land of some type, and we were able to get on zodiacs and cruise around, and often able to get on land and hang out with the local wildlife, which consisted mostly of different types of penguins.
