Acadia National Park is located on a small island off the east coast of Maine. It features some fairly small mountains, but the real highlight is the places where the beautiful, orange rocks plunge into the Atlantic, such as here, at Boulder Beach. The early morning sun made the already orange rocks almost unbelievably vivid, and the pine trees really complete the shot.
