Indian Beach Dusk

Indian Beach, in Ecola State Park, on Oregon's northern coast, was one of my favorite of Oregon's countless beaches. This may have had something to do with the fact that I arrived just as the sun was setting, so many of the families that had spent the day here were packing up, or had already left, at the time of my arrival. The combination of a nice sandy beach, with numerous rocky features just off the shore, and pine-covered hills descending directly into the Pacific Ocean was common all along Oregon's coast.
