Georgia
Long used seasonally by the indigenous people of the area, Jekyll Island, which occupies less than ten square miles of land off the coast of Georgia, exists today, primarily, as a tourist destination. I visited the island on a gloomy day in the spring of 2018. Skies like this don't lead to traditionally uplifting and beautiful photography, but are great for moody scenes. The beach on which I took this photo is fittingly called “Driftwood Beach,” and the ambiance of the day fit this scene perfectly. Available in the following sizes (Rectangle B): 12x8, 18x12, 24x16, 30x20, 36x24, 45x30, 60x40, 72x48.

Wormsloe Historic Site, or Wormsloe Plantation, as it is frequently called, is an 822 acre plot of land established by one of Georgia's colonial founders, Noble Jones. I found the site to be interesting enough, but the highlight, for me, was the live oak-lined avenue leading to the site's interior. It looks like something straight out of a fairy tale. There are no trees anything like these live oaks in my home state of Colorado, but they're everywhere in the Savannah area. Located in northern Georgia, Chattahoochee National Forest takes its name from the Chattahoochee River, whose headwaters begin in the North Georgia mountains. The mountains and forest are home to many species of birds and mammals, and has numerous easy-to-reach waterfalls, such as Dukes Creek Falls, shown here. Atlanta from the Jackson Street Bridge
Starting in 2018, every time I visited a new city, and had the opportunity to do so, I made it a point to try and photograph the city skyline. I took this photo in the spring of 2019, when I found myself in Atlanta. I took this photo from the Jackson Street Bridge, which spans Highway 10 as it approaches downtown, and is a famous spot for Atlanta skyline photos. Although I usually don't bother taking city skyline photos until the sun has already set, I couldn't resist taking this one, as the scary-looking storm clouds really added mood to the scene. It was a good thing I took the photo when I did, because within a few minutes those clouds unleashed heavy rain on Atlanta. Available in the following sizes (Panorama A): 20x10, 24x12, 32x16, 40x20, 48x24, 60x30, 60x30 Triptych (3 x 20x30), 72x36, 72x36 Triptych (3 x 24x36).
Atlanta at Night from the Jackson Street Bridge

I took this photo in the spring of 2019, when I found myself in Atlanta. I took this photo from the Jackson Street Bridge, which spans Highway 10 as it approaches downtown, and is a famous spot for Atlanta skyline photos. The bridge is usually populated with photographers, especially near and after sunset, but on the evening I took this photo, it had just rained heavily, which scared away most of the photographers. I stuck around and got this shot once the rain had stopped, and had the scene to myself. Love the way the clouds turned out here! Available in the following sizes (Rectangle B): 12x8, 18x12, 24x16, 30x20, 36x24, 45x30, 60x40.
