I don't think this cascade has a name. It lies several miles into Zion National Park's Left Fork Trail, which ultimately leads to “The Subway,” a difficult-to-reach but famous spot for photographers. When I went on this hike, on April 18, 2017, water levels were much higher than usual. In fact, “The Narrows,” a slot canyon in the most crowded part of the Park, was actually closed to hikers since it was flowing at over 450 cubic feet per second, and it closes to the public at 150 cubic feet per second. Translation: the water was very (relative to normal) high, which allowed me to get some fairly unique shots of this desert park under the unusual circumstance of having tremendously high water flows.
