Whenever I am a within a few hours of Door County, Wisconsin, with a few days to spare and nothing else planned, I'll head that way. It is a great place to camp, ride around on a motorcycle, eat good food at quaint restaurants, and enjoy the scenery. After a day of riding near the coast and enjoying the coastal scenery, I spent a day just cruising around the interior of this peninsula, and came across some great barns for photography. This one was probably my favorite. Available in the following sizes (Panorama A): 20x10, 24x12, 32x16, 40x20, 48x24, 60x30, 60x30 Triptych (3 x 20x30), 72x36, 72x36 Triptych (3 x 24x36), 80x40, 80x40 Triptych (3 x 27x40).
I'd visited Glacier National Park, in northern Montana, many times prior to my Summer, 2022 visit. All these visits, however, had been limited to the “main” part of the Park – Going to the Sun Road, and the areas immediately around this spectacular drive. Because of increased visitation, Glacier instituted a “permits only” entrance policy for Going to the Sun Road, and the surrounding, most-popular portion of the park in 2021. Without a permit (I'm notoriously bad at planning far in advance), I decided to visit Two Medicine Lake, in southeast Glacier – one of the other parts of the park that does not require an entry permit. I camped practically on the shore of Two Medicine Lake, and snapped this photo, along with many other beautiful compositions of this lake, on a morning with an absolutely perfect sunrise. I truly don't know that I've ever gotten so many great photos in such a short time. There are a million options for composition here, and you'd be hard pressed to take a bad photo at a place like this with similar conditions. Available in the following sizes (Panorama B): 30x10, 36x12, 48x16, 60x20, 72x24, 90x30, 90x30 Triptych (3 x 30x30), 108x36, 108x36 Triptych (3 x 36x36), 120x40, 120x40 Triptych Triptych (3 x 40x40), 144x48 Triptych (3 x 48x48), 162x54 Triptych (3 x 54x54), 180x60 Triptych (3 x 60x60).

I attended an art show in Jackson, Wyoming, in June, 2022. The show happened to take place the week after the worst flooding Yellowstone National Park (an hour north) had experienced since people began tracking such things. Suffice to say, there was a lot of rain, and the skies were mostly to completely filled with clouds for the duration of my time there. Unable to get the bright and saturated sunset clouds that occupy so much of my typical photography, I shot this barn, in the Mormon Row portion of Grand Teton National Park, in these much more subdued conditions. It turns out this location is beautiful regardless of the weather! Available in the following sizes (Panorama C): 30x10, 36x12, 48x16, 60x20, 72x24, 90x30, 90x30 Triptych (3 x 30x30), 108x36, 108x36 Triptych (3 x 36x36), 120x40, 120x40 Triptych Triptych (3 x 40x40), 144x48 Triptych (3 x 48x48), 162x54 Triptych (3 x 54x54), 180x60 Triptych (3 x 60x60).
I'd never heard of Scripps Pier until I met someone who'd seen a Peter Lik photo of this iconic La Jolla location and wanted a photo. I didn't have one at the moment he made the request, but coincidentally, I had a trip planned to San Diego and Catalina Island for the following month. I decided I ought to go there and give it a shot. It turned out to be even more beautiful than I had hoped. Available in the following sizes (Rectangle A): 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 24x30, 30x40, 40x50, 48x60.

I'd never heard of Piney Lake, even though I grew up in Colorado, until I appeared at an art show in Avon, and had several people recommend I go there to take some photos. So I did just that. Having now seen and photographed it myself, I can fully understand the recommendations! What a great semi-secret spot! Available in the following sizes (Panorama B): 30x12, 40x16, 50x20, 60x24, 75x30, 75x30 Triptych (3 x 25x30), 90x36, 90x36 Triptych (3 x 30x36), 105x42, 105x42 Triptych (3 x 35x42), 120x48, 120x48 Triptych (3 x 40x48), 135x54 Triptych (3 x 45x54), 150x60 Triptych (3 x 50x60).

I was traveling through the Midwest in the summer of 2021, and decided to do some exploring. A little bit of research led me to Cataract Falls State Recreation Area, about an hour southwest of Indianapolis. It's a small park, but there are a number of nice hiking trails, and two (perhaps more) beautiful waterfalls, Upper and Lower Cataract Falls. Upper Cataract Falls, shown here, is right off the road, and features a beautiful, red covered bridge. Cars are too big and heavy, now, for many of these old covered bridges, but it has now been incorporated into the park as part of a hiking trail. If one goes across the bridge (right to left in this photo) and continues downstream, doing a bit of bushwhacking along the way, a spectacular view of the falls, complete with the bridge, makes itself apparent. I timed my arrival here to coincide with sunset, and while this photo probably would be beautiful at any time of day, the subtle orange in the sky above the bridge really completes the picture. Available in the following sizes (Rectangle B): 12x8, 18x12, 24x16, 30x20, 36x24, 45x30, 60x40, 72x48, 80x54, 90x60.
I spent less than 24 hours in South Dakota's Badlands National Park during the summer of 2020. This allowed me one sunset and one sunrise for photography. I was extraordinarily lucky to have such perfect conditions at sunrise, when I was photographed the Yellow Mounds area of Badlands. Direct, horizontal sunlight plus clouds above always makes for great landscape lighting. Available in the following sizes (Panorama B): 30x12, 40x16, 50x20, 60x24, 75x30, 75x30 Triptych (3 x 25x30), 90x36, 90x36 Triptych (3 x 30x36), 105x42, 105x42 Triptych (3 x 35x42), 120x48, 120x48 Triptych (3 x 40x48).
I've taken a lot of scenic drives, but to this day, Utah 12 remains in my top two (the other is Canada's Icefields Parkway). Beginning near Bryce Canyon National Park and continuing 123 miles before finishing near Capitol Reef National Park, it goes through some of the least densely populated parts of the country, and offers about a billion side trips, parks (National, State etc.) and views. I've driven Utah 12 probably five or so times, and it seems that each time, I find somewhere new to explore. Such was the case when I drove it in mid 2020, and stumbled upon a side road called the Burr Trail, which connects Boulder, Utah, to the southern portion of Capitol Reef National Park. It was on this road that I got this photo. I don't want to spoil it any more. It's a beautiful drive. Available in the following sizes (Panorama B): 30x12, 40x16, 50x20, 60x24, 75x30, 75x30 Triptych (3 x 25x30), 90x36, 90x36 Triptych (3 x 30x36), 105x42, 105x42 Triptych (3 x 35x42), 120x48, 120x48 Triptych (3 x 40x48), 135x54 Triptych (3 x 45x54), 150x60 Triptych (3 x 50x60).

Somewhere near the halfway point, there's a pull off that I stop at every time I go on this drive, and it is from this pull off that I took this photo. It does a great job of giving one a general idea of what there is to see along this drive. Do yourself a favor – if you can find the time to drive Utah State Highway 12, do it! Middle Caicos Island is home to less than 300 people. Admittedly, at less than 60 square miles, it is tiny – one can drive from one side to the other (on the only road) in less than half an hour. This means that there are plenty of “private” beaches for anyone who visits. I took this photo at Bambarra Beach, looking down a pier from which a couple locals had been fishing just minutes before. Available in the following sizes (Rectangle B): 12x8, 18x12, 24x16, 30x20, 36x24, 45x30, 60x40, 72x48.

Try as I have, I was unable to find any information about this shipwreck, located near Sapodilla Bay Beach, on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. There are several larger, more well-known shipwrecks scattered around these beautiful Caribbean islands, but the simplicity of the shot here was unique. Available in the following sizes (Panorama A): 20x10, 24x12, 32x16, 40x20, 48x24, 60x30, 60x30 Triptych (3 x 20x30), 72x36, 72x36 Triptych (3 x 24x36).
I found myself in southeast Florida in the spring of 2020 as I was exhibiting at some art shows in the area. One of these shows happened to be held in Fort Lauderdale, so after a bit of research, I figured out a nice spot from which to photograph the city (the Seventeenth Street Causeway Bridge), and went there shortly before sunset. The scene certainly didn't disappoint! “Long-tail” boats are synonymous with Thai beaches, and they're the preferred method of transportation if one wants to reach any of the hundreds of small islands off southern Thailand's beautiful beaches. Here are a few of them, lined up, waiting for their chance to ferry tourists from one slice of paradise to another. Available in the following sizes (Panorama A): 20x10, 24x12, 32x16, 40x20, 48x24, 60x30, 60x30 Triptych (3 x 20x30), 72x36, 72x36 Triptych (3 x 24x36).
