Oxbow Bend, in Grand Teton National Park, is one of the prettiest places on this planet. There are several ways to shoot this location, and the more common scene is shot from much lower, on the banks of the Snake River. I have several versions of this more typical scene, but when I took this photo, midday in late September, 2016, I decided to do a bit of scrambling up a hill in order to have a new perspective. I'm quite happy with how it turned out!
