A five-to-two (5:2) panorama of the eponymous Lower Blue Lake on the Blue Lakes Trail in the Mt. Sneffels Wilderness Area of the Uncompahgre National Forest, in Southwest Colorado. I hiked here on a whim with my father in the Summer of 2010. Although it never really dumped on us, it did begin to rain shortly after I took this photo, and most of my subsequent shots of the lake feature a less glassy surface, brought about by the drops of rain falling into the lake. The hike is spectacular, the scenery is spectacular, and even the drive to the trail-head (Dallas Creek Road, specifically) is spectacular.
